BANKS PENINSULA RENOVATION

When the owners of this amazing property reached out to us to help them execute a large renovation for their home, it was clear that they wanted everything just right.

Nestled within Canterbury’s Banks Peninsula bush, their dream property boasted an extensive garden, meticulously crafted by the original owners 35 years ago. With its inherent strong character, our design process focused on infusing warmth and elegance into the interiors whilst maintaining the integrity of the building; creating English Country sophistication with light bright spaces, where the garden would be able to flow from the doors and windows of the home.

The brief to completely re-design the interiors required us to produce detailed drawings for much of the joinery & new spaces. This included a new Kitchen, Laundry, Mudroom, Bathroom & Ensuite, Stair Design, Feature Lighting Design, Interior & Exterior Colours, Finishes & Hardware.
